Betlah follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure the safety of all users and to prevent fraud. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid identity document such as your MyKad or passport, proof of current address, and documents related to your payment method when necessary — particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding the stipulated limit.

Bonuses credited to your account are subject to the specified wagering requirements before any wins derived from the bonus funds may be withdrawn. All betting and gaming outcomes on the Betlah are final once recorded in our system. betlah uses an independently verified random number generator (RNG) to ensure every game outcome is random and fair. No party — including betlah's own management — can influence or alter the outcome of any game in progress.
Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits displayed within the game interface. Betlah reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time with reasonable notice. Bets exceeding the set limits will be automatically rejected by the system.
In the event of a technical interruption, system failure, or internet connectivity issue during an active gaming session, Betlah will resolve the matter based on system records saved at the time of the disruption. If a game outcome cannot be determined, the affected bets will be fully refunded to the user's account. Betlah is not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as connectivity failures on the user's end.
For live sports betting, the odds displayed are accurate at the time they are shown. As odds can change rapidly during a match, there is a small possibility of a discrepancy between the odds you see and the odds recorded by the system. In such cases, the odds recorded in our system at the time your bet is accepted will be used for payout calculations.

You may close your Betlah account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled according to actual results and any eligible balance will be returned to you via the payment method you have used.
If you feel you need a break from wagering activities, you can activate the self-exclusion feature through your account settings. The self-exclusion period can be set from 7 days to 6 months. During this period, you will be unable to log in, make deposits, or place new bets. Requests to end the self-exclusion early will not be entertained.
Betlah reserves the right to close or suspend any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from relevant authorities.
